• Location data: Real-time and background location when advocates go online.

Background Location Usage

The App collects location data in the background only when an advocate switches to online mode. This enables nearby booking discovery, navigation to the client’s location, real-time tracking, and accurate estimated arrival time (ETA) for customers.

Background location collection automatically stops when the advocate switches offline, logs out, or disables location permissions. We do not collect background location when the advocate is offline.

Permissions the App requests

• Foreground & Background Location: Required for accepting nearby bookings, navigation, and real-time tracking during active service.
• Internet access: Required to communicate with servers and deliver app features.

You can revoke permissions anytime from device settings.

• Provide booking, navigation, and tracking features
